Our Bogg Bags come in 3 essential sizes.

The Original Bogg Bag is the largest, measuring 19″ x 15″ x 9.5″, and is perfect for trips to the beach and beyond to carry everything you need. It can fit a few towels, beverages, sunscreen, and more! 

The Baby Bogg Bag is the next size down, measuring 15″ x 13″ x 5.25″, and is a personal tote for anyone on-the-go! You can fit a towel, beverage, and some personal items for a solo beach trip. Or carry your work or school day essentials in your Baby Bogg Bag every day!

Our smallest bag is the Bitty Bogg Bag, measuring 11″ x 8.5″ x 4.5″, which is a great choice for just the essentials. Add a water bottle, keys, sunglasses, and more to your Bitty Bogg.

Great question! Bogg Bags come with clear inserts with a trim that matches the color of your bag. 

The Original Bogg Bag comes with a large and small insert, while the Baby and Bitty come with small inserts only.

While Bogg Bags are spacious and easy to carry, we don’t recommend carrying more than 40lbs of weight in your Original, Baby, or Canvas collection bags and no more than 20lbs in your Bitty bag. Too much weight can cause your B Button or straps to break!

No. The Boozie is a stand-alone beverage holder perfect for using with ice-cold drinks. It comes in two sizes – 12oz and Slim.

The body of the Original and Baby Bogg Bag as well as the base of the Beauty and the Bogg Cosmetic Bag is constructed using a material called EVA.  

The top of the Beauty and the Bogg Cosmetic Bag is constructed mainly of canvas and the interior is lined with nylon.  The Bogg Brrr body is constructed mainly of nylon.  The decorative insert bags are constructed mainly of plastic.

Welcome to the care guide for your Bogg Bag! Here’s how you can ensure your Bogg Bag stays in perfect shape:

Q: How do I maintain the shape of my Bogg Bag?

A: Avoid exposing it to extreme heat, such as the trunk of your car, as this can cause warping. Fear not, though, the beach is its natural habitat!

Q: Can I pile on the weight?

A: While your Bogg Bag is tough, it appreciates a break from heavy lifting. Avoid leaving bulky items leaning on or against it to keep that perfect silhouette intact. Learn more about Bogg Bag weight limits here.

Q: What about the straps?

A: When your straps are taking a breather, let them chill in the down “u” position

You can clean your Canvas Bogg Bag in two ways: spot cleaning or machine wash. 

Spot clean: 

  1. Empty the bag of all items – remember to check for any hiding pens or lip balm! 
  2. Wet or dampen a small washcloth or rag. You can add a few drops of detergent or soap to the water.
  3. Use consistent circular motions and gently clean the bag of any stains or dirt. 
  4. Air dry the bag. 

Machine wash:

  • We recommend putting your Canvas bag in on a delicate cycle with some rags or towels to protect the bag and reduce noise. Then, let your bag air dry.

Bogg Brrr & Beauty Bags

  • For Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to treat surface stains on the nylon and canvas.

Easy! To install your insert bag, use your thumb to simply push the white snap through the desired hole. To remove, use your thumb to push the white snaps back through the hole. 

Just a heads up – the white snaps should not be unsnapped or yanked on.

Oh no! While it’s rare for a Bogg Bag to become misshapen, it can happen when something has been leaning on it for a long period of time. 

To restore the shape, we recommend trying the following:

  • Soak your bag in warm water for a while, then remove and dry. Add some heavy books inside of your bag to restore the shape. Heads up – make sure the bag is lying down on its side!
  • You can also try to gently heat the bag with a hair dryer. After, add some heavy books inside and make sure the bag is lying down on its side.

If neither of those options help restore the shape, please reach out to us at kim@boggbag.com with images of your Bogg Bag in its entirety.

Replacements straps can be purchased. Please reach out to our support at kim@boggbag.com and we’ll be happy to assist in getting your Bogg Bag repaired ASAP! 

P.S. We wouldn’t say no to a picture of the furry criminal if one was involved in the destruction 😊

As long as the insert itself is still intact, then we can send replacement white snaps to get your insert reattached.

To wash your Bogg Bag, water will do the trick!  For messier trips, use mild soap and water or a simple antibacterial/baby wipe.

Bogg Brr & Beauty Bags

For Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to treat surface stains on the nylon and canvas.

Straps twisted?  No worries!  

Simply twirl the strap around by the base of the “b” button until it pops into place.

The Bogg Bevy simply hooks onto the outer rim of your Bogg Bag. It is not installed into any of the Bogg Bag holes like the Bits or Inserts.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order of an item before it is available with the understanding that it will be shipped within the month notated in the item description.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your pre-order item is ready and ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will receive more updates once the item ships.

Can I edit or cancel my pre-order?

Shipping & Delivery

At Bogg Bag, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and effortless as possible. Here’s what you need to know about the shipping and delivery process:

In-Stock Orders

For in-stock orders within the US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.

Just a heads up, it takes 2 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility, so don’t fret if you don’t get a shipping label right away!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a high volume of orders during the holiday season, your order may take longer to be processed and shipped. We thank you for your patience as we work to get your order out as soon as possible!

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be processed after the Pre-Order date shown for that item and will be shipped via USPS or UPS, based on the shipping address.  

Actual shipping times vary by carrier but typically take 3-7 business days once the order has been processed. Orders that contain in-stock items and pre-order items will ship together after the pre-order date.

International Orders

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Once your order leaves our facility (2-4 business days), you’ll receive tracking information and be able to follow your order’s journey to its final destination. 

Don’t worry! Most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.

We’ve seen lots of wonkiness in shipping as of late. Unfortunately, many couriers have been affected by the pandemic and continue to be. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other courier services have all reported a number of route suspensions as a result of government restrictions. 

We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:

Check with your neighbors, just in case!

Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if heading to Australia, Canada or non-contiguous US zones. 

If you don’t receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know.

Good question! 

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We also ship to PO Boxes and APO/AE addresses. 

We offer international shipping for Canada, the UK, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand.

Hopefully, we’ll add to this list soon!

Orders either ship in large white poly bags or in a brown corrugated box. Our return address will be marked on each of our packages.

Easy! You’ll automatically get an email as soon as an order is placed, and a second one with tracking info once it ships.

You’ll be able to follow your order’s progress right up to your doorstep. These emails will come from kim@boggbag.com if you want to keep an eye out for that.
